We are DUXGroup - prospective iGaming company that has been operating since 2020. We have around 250 talented and energetic people working from our offices (Cyprus and Malta) and remotely around the world. We believe in every member of our team and provide them with the best environment to be able to realize their potential in our company. Our projects are getting bigger and we are looking for new support heroes to join our team in our new office in Sofia, Bulgaria
Your future responsibilities:
Deliver amazing customer service, friendly support and helpful solutions to players in chats and tickets
Correctly escalate issues to Slack/Jira and never forget to get back to the player with the resolution
Follow updates in Confluence and Slack in order to get acquainted with all procedures changes
Be the voice of the player - timely provide feedback to your shift-lead about issues players are facing at the moment.
What we're looking for in our future support hero:
Good knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate B2+)
Good knowledge of the second language: German/Portuguese/Spanish/Turkish (B2+. Please, note, you should be fluent there)
Ability to work 5/2 from 12 to 9 pm (1 hour break)
Aspiration to help and problem-solving attitude
Flexibility and proactivity
Prior experience working within the iGaming sector is a plus
